The Role
The position will represent and ensure effective implementation of More than Bride Alliance project, while contributing to overall country strategy through working in partnership with local partners and advocacy with Government bodies. Project Officer will work together with the Program Coordinator, the Finance Officer, MEAL Coordinator, Funding department and Communication Officer in Oxfam in Pakistan.
What we are looking for
As part of More than Bride Alliance team in the Gender Justice Department, the PO is expected to:
- Provide technical and administrative support to partners in implementation of activities, facilitate & arrange for internal/external support, if required;
- Participate in project activities organized by counterparts, such as conferences, seminars, festivals, community consultations and represent Oxfam;
- Work closely with Board Of Directors fund team, University of Oxford and Impact Assessment team to provide support in completion of their activities;
- Conduct regular field visits for monitoring project activities and gathering evidence/information in collaboration with MEAL team of Oxfam for donor reports and communication & visibility of the project;
- Keep a track of partners’ progress by conducting monthly comparisons of their planned activities and executed activities;
- Prepare and update records of MTBA such as maintaining and updating event/meeting reports, partner reports and any other documents, as per the need of project;
